Abstract Fiber Optic Gyroscope (FOG) is a kind of rotation sensor with high reliability and long lifetime. Accelerated life test hard to obtain enough failure data for evaluation. By analyzing mechanism, the sensitive environment stress performance degradation parameters FOG are determined. Then an accelerated (ADT) undertaken information.
